What are the ways to build up space only stand?
Woodworking booth
This kind of booth is mainly wood board + paint, the cost will be relatively high, and the complexity of building is greater than that of other structural booths. Its advantage is that it can design various shapes at will according to actual needs, and its plasticity is very strong.
Aluminum profile booth
This kind of booth is built with aluminum profile frame + advertising cloth, and the material is green and environmentally friendly and can be recycled. It is also easy and fast to set up, and the transportation cost is low, but the design of the shape will be limited to a certain extent.
Mixed structure booth
This kind of booth is generally a combination of carpentry and profile, which is relatively simple to build, lower cost than carpentry booth, and better effect than profile booth.
What are the types of booths?
Roadside type
As the name suggests, a booth on the side of the aisle. It is also generally called a single-opening booth, because this kind of booth is sandwiched in the middle of a row of booths, and there is only one opening for customers to enter and exit. This kind of booth is generally 3*3 in size, and the rent is the cheapest of all booth types. When choosing this type of booth, you should pay attention to its location and choose it in a crowded place, such as a bathroom, a small store, a coffee shop, a fast food restaurant, and so on.
Wall corner type
Corner booths are generally at the very edge of a row of booths, with two openings for customers to enter and exit. Compared with the single-opening booth, the two areas are the same size, but the corner booth has one more opening that customers can enter, and it will be better to obtain traffic than the single-opening, so the price is about 15% more expensive than the single-opening.
Peninsula type
This kind of booth customers can enter the booth from three sides, and the customer flow will be better than the above two. Generally, customers who choose this kind of booth should do a good job of special decoration to attract customers and give full play to the biggest advantages of the peninsula booth.
Island type
This kind of booth allows customers to enter the booth from any of the four sides, so it can attract the attention of customers even more. This kind of booth display effect and advertising effect are very good, in the design of the design should be more elaborate, although the construction cost is higher, but it is still the preferred type of medium and large enterprises.
What else needs to be done after the show?
Post-show summary.
Because the exhibition site is very chaotic, the inventory must be timely and clear; Organize customer business cards and needs, and follow up in a timely manner; Write a summary of the exhibition and review it for the next exhibition.
The marketing department quickly sorts out the pictures and texts.
The press release was issued as soon as possible, continuing the post-exhibition heat.
Delivery in seconds after the exhibition.
After the exhibition, sort out the orders as soon as possible and arrange the delivery as soon as possible.
Some small details of the exhibition
Uniform clothing. Because the exhibition site is noisy and does not wear work clothes, it is difficult for customers to distinguish who is the staff. Exhibitors with conditions should be able to unify their work clothes.
Throat lozenges. I won't go into too much detail about this, everyone who has experienced it understands it.
Small board car. Don't underestimate this thing! Can be of great help.
Blades, scissors, sealing tape.
Don't throw away cardboard boxes! Can be hidden in the warehouse. Some customers will need it when selling goods at retail, and they will also need it when they are dismantled.
During the exhibition period, there are booths for next year, and some are discounted, so don't forget to book next year's booth during the busy period.
The new product has not applied for a patent. Don't show it at the booth to avoid being plagiarized by your peers.
How to understand the floor plan?
The three basic numbers: booth length, width, and height limit. The length and width are relatively easy to understand, and the height limit is the maximum height of the building that will be indicated in the organizer's exhibition manual, which is generally about 4.5m. Here's a little trick, the height limit in the general exhibitor's manual is the official height, you can ask the organizer if you can increase the height. Because some exhibition halls are allowed to exceed the height limit, and the height is increased for a fee to build, so that your booth can "stand out from the crowd" and stand out.
In addition to looking at the area, there is also the open surface. Generally, the opening is divided into four-sided opening, three-sided opening, two-sided opening, and single-side opening. In addition to opening on all sides, be sure to figure out who the next-door neighbor is, whether the construction of the ta will exceed the height limit, if he is taller than you, it is very likely that his background board will have a part of the protruding wooden board next to your booth, which is very affecting the appearance, it is recommended to get in touch with the neighbor next door in advance to unify the height. There are the easiest to step on the pit, many people are easy to ignore, that is, pillars, elevator shafts, fire protection, electrical boxes and other protrusions, some do not reflect the exact and error-free size on the drawings, if possible, it is best to go to the field survey.
Finally, for perfectionists, the need to pay attention to lighting is the daylight. For example, in some locations of some exhibition halls, the light is very bad, and your position may be backlight, so you need to consider adding spotlight sources when building a booth.
How to choose a booth with good results?
There are many first-time exhibitors who do not know how to choose a good booth, once the time is not booked, the booth location is biased, and the area is relatively small, which will lead to a great reduction in the effect of the exhibition, so how do exhibitors choose a good booth? The following points are for reference.
The location of the booth
The ideal booth location is at the entrance and exit of the exhibition hall, as well as on both sides of the entrance and exit (i.e., the main aisle of the exhibition hall). And the intersection of the main passage is also a treasure of feng shui, which is easy for the audience to concentrate. Of course, if your booth is close to the booth of a famous exhibitor, even if the booth location is a bit out of the way, it can still attract quite a lot of popularity.
The area of the booth
Standard booth (9/12/18 sqm): A double-opening booth has a larger audience than a single-opening booth, with access to the booth in both parallel and vertical aisles, and usually two fascia, making it much more likely for visitors to see and enter the booth at a glance.
Specially equipped booths (generally built by exhibitors looking for construction companies, with an area of at least 27/36 square meters): can be made into double-sided, three-sided, or even four-sided transparent booths (island booths). Visitors can enter the booth from multiple directions at the same time, with high-quality exhibits and services.
